This cart is designed to provide 12 volt power (in this configuration) to run a 12 volt
refrigerator (also mounted on a cart). The design will provide power to two 12 volt gel
deep cycle batteries, each with 84 amp hours, through a 135 watt solar panel and 20
amp charge controller.
We can custom build variants of these to meet your needs.
The chassis is an all steel construction, powder coated with heavy duty rubber tires for easy deployment. The aluminum battery boxes house the batteries and charge controller. We have added external battery lugs allowing for quick connection of inverters, battery jumper cables, etc.
Option (1) A fully enclosed weather proof battery/ inverter box, including an 1800 watt inverter/ charger which allows for A/C Power in or out. This inverter/ charger will give 110 volt power out to run tools, appliances, etc. or you can plug 110 volt power in to recharge the 4 enclosed 190 A/H 6 volt gel batteries from shore power or a generator. This feature could be used in long periods of stormy, sunless weather. We have included internally mounted Hella goose-neck LED lamps and an external 110 volt outlet.
We can also mount two additional “outrigger” 50 watt solar panels for a total of 235 watts of solar power. This version of the cart sells for $3,800.00 and all versions are built to order with a 4-6 week delivery time.

This is a great video on the workins and installation of a solar
attic fan! As you can see in the video, there is no wiring! The
fan is operated by the sun during the day and draws out the
hot air from your attic, the result? A cooler attic means your
A/C unit doesn't have to work so hard! Lower electic bills!
